STEP 4

Declaration of export

Because the goods are collected by you and leave the European Union, the customs proof of exit reaches you and not us. This declaration is what allows the supply to be invoiced VAT-exempt, and it is a standard requirement — the same declaration we sign for our own suppliers.

I confirm, on behalf of the company named above, that:

1. The goods of the shipment identified on this page are purchased for export out of the customs territory of the European Union, to the destination stated above, and will not be diverted to a destination inside the European Union.

2. Transport is arranged and paid by us, or by a forwarder acting on our behalf, and the export customs declaration will be lodged in our name or on our behalf.

3. We will send to EASYCARE HYGIENE PRODUCTS IKE, without further request and no later than 14 days after loading: the export declaration (MRN), the customs exit confirmation (IE599 or the equivalent issued by the customs office of exit), and the Bill of Lading / transport document.

4. We understand these documents are the evidence that the goods left the European Union, and that if they are not provided the supply cannot be treated as an exempt export.

5. We will inform F.Q. immediately if the destination, the consignee or the route changes after loading.
